Today I chose to share a technique with all of you called the Herring Bone Technique. This technique is GREAT for using up scraps of paper that you have just laying about in your scrap bin.
I used 1/4 inch paper strips, but you could experiment with this video and use wider strips too, or a combination of many strips.
