Featured on my blog today is the pinwheel technique using the falling in love suite of products by Stampin’ Up! This suite of products can be found in the Occasions catalog.
This technique is a great way to use up scraps of paper while making cute cards. The pinwheel element can also be used on traditional scrapbook pages.
